A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in areas of Deal Advisory, Business Modeling and Fractional CFO services, Sarthak is a Partner at Sandeep Ahuja & Co., and a Director at Niamh Ventures Pvt Ltd.In the firm, he heads areas of Startup Advisory and Investment Banking, assisting startups raising equity and debt capital at Series A and beyond.His department’s areas of service include financial modeling, valuations, deal negotiations, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and legal-financial support in drafting and executing Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and all ancillary compliance. His strategic services include design and execution of ESOP policies, Co-founders’ equity structures, Share Appreciation Rights, M&A, and other matters of internal policy and SOP design.
